Dib, Gaz, and Professor Membrane (c) Jhonen VasquezArt and this headcanon (c) Me
Dib in my headcanon loves coffee. Professor Membrane hates coffee and has banned it from his house because it's the drink that ended up causing him to lose most of his body. In short the horrible drink was dropped by one of his ex employees and it landed on a fuse blowing him up, and the employee in the process. His other employees that survived repaired him.

I really like this because it shows the kind of bond the two have. Gaz isn't going to tattle on him but that doesn't mean she isn't going to get on his case a little bit while Dib just is like 'whatever' about it. They're like real siblings that get along and it's just really nice see to this kind of dynamic.

Yes I did see the description and it makes a lot of sense as to why Professor Membrane hates coffee so much and I think that it's really cool as to WHY he looks like that. It also makes sense why Dib doesn't really follow that rule because there are kids out there you just doesn't always follows their parents rules despite being a good kid like Dib is.

I did and it sucks his ex employee cause the explosion with the coffee and the surviving employees put Membrane back together mostly but I can see why he banned it from the house
