I have been wanting to go back to my pulp cover magazine cover project, the Dark Desire illustration. Last year I was just learning how to work in digital media and I didn't feel confident in myself that I can produce good illustrations. With the Dark Desire illustration, I like the idea, but the pose wasn't looking right (also I think i was press for time and that makes me nervous). So this summer I decided to re-due some of my work from my digital class to help improve my portfolio.I may or may not go back to this and clean up the lines all over. In a way I like that style of it. This is done in Corel Painter 11 in acrylic, basically using flat colors, it seems for digital work that is what I have been doing a lot of lately.
So yeah, hope you all like this one better than my first try. I think this one shows that I'm getting a little bit better in digital, and that I'm not afraid of it anymore.

thanks, i know it is still in its rough design at the moment. what i would like to do is paint this traditionally, get back to using oil paint. similar to my other oil painting.

Thanks. As soon as i save up to buy more oil paint i will get started. Oil paint is very expensive, but so much fun to work with.

so activate donation gadget and collect points but you need lot of them then buy T-shirts, bags,
hats and key rings that are offered here then sells them in your town and there's your money for

This is so good I had to write a poem. I liked the original, but this is really good. You shoul be very proud.

WOW, a very great picture, I love it, the dance movement is very impressive, along with the colors, so it is a 10/10 picture. 
Also, the skull is very detailed but it has a cartoonish feeling to it which makes it a bit of less haunting and frightening. Erik's facial expression is some kind of playful, I love it.
