After years and years of disgust at her life came to a boil, Kyubey appeared and offered her a wish. Her brother was suffering from lung cancer, and Estel wished he'd die alone and unloved. With this wish, all the medical support and family support Armin received stopped. Nobody bothered to visit him in the hospital anymore, and nobody cared to talk about him. The treatments he received in the hospital were bare bones at best, and did nothing to help Armin. In the end, Armin would die in the middle of the night with no one around, and his death was treated as just a minor inconvenience by all those around him. The doctors rolled their eyes at the extra paper work, the phone call to the parent's was brief, and in the end, Armin was cremated with little fanfare. The world had truly stopped caring about Armin Krause.

Her reaction: Estel doesn't really feel anything about condemning her brother to death. She's not happy, not sad, not guilty, nothing at all. The only emotion she feels is relief that she has all of her well earned attention back on herself where it belongs.

For someone as two faced as Estel, it only makes sense she put that to good use.
• WEAPON COMBINED WITH GAUNTLETS || Body Armor

Estel's weapon is a Mask she can don to alter the attributes of her face, basically making herself the weapon. The Mask does remain a Mask however, and needs to be taken off and put on as such. It can also be forcefully removed with a strong enough hit to her face or jaw. With the Mask, her main method of attack is an incredibly strong shark-like bite. But she can also breath a thick and toxic cloud of smoke at anyone around her, which slowly melts anything it touches. The acidic cloud can travel up to 10 feet before evaporating, at which time it is harmless. To Magicals, the smoke would leave their lungs in a burning pain and watery eyes for a few seconds, though longer exposure could have longer lasting negative effects akin to a Toxic attack. Estel can will the gas to only attack her chosen targets. (So if she only wants it to attack Familiars, then Magical's can breathe the gas with no harm) She can use this ability once every minute, and the attack lasts as long as Estel can exhale. (So kicking her in the stomach is a very fast way to stop this attack before it really starts.) The Mask allows her face to be distorted in horrible ways without causing Estel any pain. She can still feel pain of course from outside sources. The Mask also does not distort her personality in any way. She can breath just fine with the Mask on.

Estel can now eject her eyes from her Mask, allowing them to swivel around a full 360. The eyes are connected to Estel's sockets with a pink cord. These are not Estel's real eyes, and should she remove the Mask while her eyes are floating, she will still have her eyes on her head normally. Even if the cord is cut and Estel removes her Mask, she still has her eyes. The farthest the eyes can go is a foot away from her head. This isn't really for attacking, so much as it's for Estel keeping an eye on her surroundings to avoid surprise attacks. She can look in two different directions while standing still, but if she tries moving while doing so, she's doing to make herself very dizzy very fast. Estel can keep her eyes out of her head for about 15 seconds at a time, then take a minute breather and do it again.

Estel's gauntlets allow her to deal devastating punches or slashes to her enemies. Though the top layer of her gauntlet's is tar like, underneath is a more solid material, allowing the gauntlets to hold their shape and deal damage. Estel can stretch her gauntlets up to 15 feet, allowing her to grapple farther away enemies. She can keep her hands outstretched for up to 10 seconds before they automatically return to normal. She can use this ability once a minute, with each glove having a separate cool down.

Estel can sharpen and harden the tar of her gauntlets, creating a razor sharp spike that can deal slashing and stabbing damage. The spikes extend to about two feet long. While she's doing this, her hands are covered, meaning she can't hold anything while attacking. She can keep the spikes formed for about three minutes, but then must wait five minutes before she can form the spikes again.

By simply tapping an object, it'll begin to turn black and corrode in a perfect 3 feet circle from where Estel's finger touched it (6ft diameter total). The corrosion leaves the object in a black, flaky state afterwards. The power must be activated at will, and can never be accidentally triggered. Though once it starts, it can't stop. Estel can corrode any non living object, including Familiars with a single touch. The ability is reduced to a 1ft diameter for witches. If she tries to use the ability on a Magical or regular person/Feral, it'll instead leave a red welt wherever she touched them (Think a sunburn). This ability can be used once every two minutes, and is typically good for about five uses per battle.

HACK AND PHLEGM || TAR TRAP (T1) •
"Oh, what a nasty little habit you have."

Estel can create a small puddle of black tar that's about 1ftx1ft in size. If anything is to step in this tar, they'll become immobilized until they can free themselves. Familiars of smaller size may have more trouble than an actual Magical. The tar has the stickiness of rubber cement. The tar sticks to anything it touches, including weapons or regular people, though again, anything can be freed so long as its tugged on hard enough. Estel can create about three puddles a battle, each with a cool down of two minutes.

CODE SEPSIS || DAMAGE MULTIPLIER (T1) •
"I think it may be infected, let me take a closer look."

With a touch, she can double the last bout of damage the victim had just taken, whether caused by her or another party. This attack can only work on physical and visible trauma, and cannot be used to worsen internal or mental damage. You'll know Estel is using the ability when the afflicted area turns a bit black for a few seconds. This ability can work on Familiars, Magicals, and Witches. The ability will automatically attack the worse trauma it can find if multiple wounds were inflicted at once. She cannot use her Gauntlets to do so. It must be with her actual hands. Estel cannot deal fatal damage with this attack. Her ability only works on mild wounds, such as burns, cuts, stabs, or any other non fatal/non traumatic injury. The new wound is indefinite. Estel can use this ability three times a battle. Cooldown is two minutes.

Perhaps one of the best words to describe Estel's personality is calculating. She wants to make sure she makes a good impression, so she's always trying to read the room so she knows the correct way to present herself. She makes adjustments to her way of speaking and behaving as she goes, so that she doesn't disturb the status quo. Estel is extremely socially perceptive in this regard. She is a leader by birth, and knows how to remain calm under sudden pressure. Estel is a social butterfly, and is always the first one to introduce herself and the last to leave the party. She can take any drab party and make it the talk of the town if given enough time and resource. She has a fierce drive to succeed, and will rarely let anything stand in the way of what she wants. Because of her Good Girl persona, Estel is oddly generous. She's more than willing to give out money, help, praise, or whatever someone else needs. She isn't quiet about the charities she donates to or the Pokemon Good Will donations she's made unfortunately. That isn't to say that Estel is only generous so she can brag about it later. Donating money or clothes or what have you does feel good, and she knows it helps her stand out from the usual rich crowd who hoard their money like a dragon. Rules and Estel don't always play nice, but Estel will just bat her eyelashes and attempt to smooth talk her way out of any trouble she gets into.

There isn't much Estel won't do in order to please herself. She has a silver tongue and has more faces than an Exeggecute. Words are just words to her, and she'll throw up whatever words are best for the situation. She wants you to trust her, and she'll coat her words in a layer of honey to do so, offering praise, compliments, or whatever need be to build you up. Estel never let's herself get caught in a lie, because as soon as she realizes you're getting too close to the truth, she'll attempt to make you doubt your knowledge, or just make you feel guilty for accusing her in the first place. Of course, Estel will be quick to accept any apologizes and treat you as her friend once more, but she'll always just gently remind you from time to time that you doubting her really did hurt her feelings, and she perhaps isn't quiiiite over it yet. Estel thrives on any and all kinds of attention, and has no qualms with dragging people down if it means they'll come crawling to her for validation. You'd almost want to call it a defense mechanism against how she was raised. She was always slightly not good enough at whatever she did. She was always the one seeking out that little nugget of praise. But now? Now she's the one on top. She's the one with all the power.

And that's really who Estel is. Estel doesn't care about people, only herself. If a professional was ever able to dig around Estel's brain, they'd see the budding signs of sociopathy pretty easy. But Estel doesn't see a problem at all.

Ending up Alone (Severe) • Estel has always lived her life surrounded by people. She thrives on compliments, praise, and general conversation with anyone who will listen. Estel can't handle it when the spotlight is ripped off of her, and it grows from an annoyance, to anger, to fear over a long period of time if she can't get that attention back. She doesn't want to die alone. This is more long term than her fear of Solitude.

Solitude (Moderate) • Being alone for long periods of time make Estel extremely uncomfortable. It's more like she needs to know where someone is at all times. She can be in her bedroom by herself, for example, so long as she knows someone is home. Basically, Estel needs to choose to be alone. If she ends up alone and can't find someone, that's when she'll grow irritable and start to panic.

Estel was the 2nd and final born in her family, alongside an older brother of 10 years (Armin). Though she spent the first few years of her childhood in Munich, Germany; it wasn't long until her parents moved them all to Japan when Estel was only three years old. Both of her parents were incredibly successful cigar and cigeratte business people, selling the best of the best to whoever was willing to shell out the most money, and employing others across the world under their name. It was a business started by Estel's great-grandparents, and had been something her family had maintained since then with the eldest child taking over as the head chairman. Moving to Japan had been her parents way of boosting business. Mitakihara’s economy was booming and ripe for business. From their new home in Mitakihara, Estel's parents could focus more on the finance and business side of things, while letting their employees from around the world take care of the actual work work.

Estel and Armin were never one for want while growing up. With her parents being new money, they had no qualms in spending big and showing off. They sent Estel and Armin to the best school, and gave them the nicest things. The parents as well had all the nicest toys, and always threw the best parties. The relationship between all of them wasn't the best. Sure, there was love in there, but that love was also connected to money, things, and their image. For Armin and Estel, if they behaved and were good, their parents bought them things. Which is how they were shown love. If they misbehaved, they were bribed to do better, which was also love.

Because Armin was being groomed to run the company, Estel's parents paid him much more attention than Estel. They had to consider Armin's future. Estel had to behave so Armin didn't look bad. Estel, you were being too loud! This is Armin's time to shine! Estel grew to rapidly resent and hate her brother. It certainly didn't help that Armin ate up all of the attention his parents gave him, turning him into a bully and jerk to Estel when the two were alone. In public, the two were angels. Alone, the two would've ripped each others throats out if it was legal to do so.

But if there was one thing Estel could do better than Armin, it was draw a crowd. Any time the Krause family had to appear at any social gathering, it was always Estel that could work the masses. Being so young meant she could work her cute and adorable charm for all it was worth. Whether at a party, at school, or just out and about, Estel was always working the crowd in order to get attention. Frankly, this was the only time Estel got real attention, since it was lacking pretty badly at home. But Estel would never admit this. Because Estel didn't make friends. She made fans.

The little bit of attention Estel garnered for herself would end when Armin turned 18, and truly began to learn the family trade. Nobody knew what kind of business man Armin was going to be, which meant it was time to get cozy with the young man as fast as possible. This meant a lot more attention for Armin. And a lot less attention for Estel. Suddenly, she went from being the cute little sister, to being a sudden bridge to Armin. And Estel realized this incredibly fast. The compliments and praise she had received before and received since seemed almost hollow now. She wasn't Estel anymore, she was just Armin's little sister. This realization hit her the hardest.

Suddenly the smiling faces and kind words meant less then nothing to Estel, whether at a party or at school or just at home with her own parents. They were an insult. A lie. It was only when Estel brought up her brother did anybody really pay attention to what she was saying anymore. By the age of 10, Estel had mastered the art of faking her smile and laugh for the sake of her parent's and brother's image. She could joke and smile and laugh and chat with the best of them, but all her words were just hollow now. She had to be perfect. She couldn't ruin anyone's image. She had to learn very quick to distort her own anger and disgust at people into something pleasant and friendly so they'd keep giving her that itty bitty bit of hollow attention she could scrape up.

But soon, even that wasn't enough. Because a tragedy struck the family about a year later. Many Krauses' were heavy smokers, including Armin. As the months went on, Armin started to grow very sick. He was coughing up blood, out of breath all the time, and was bed ridden multiple times with illnesses such as bronchitis or pneumonia. Multiple tests were done on Armin to try and figure out what was wrong, but eventually, they'd all point to the same problem. Armin had developed lung cancer. Suddenly the family shifted gears from teaching Armin how to run a business, to getting him the treatment he needed. They kept this news a secret from the outside world, fearing what it could do to their business if it was discovered their own son was sick with cancer from their product. Only Estel's family and a few close friends knew the truth. Everyone else was told Armin had pneumonia, and that's it.

Cancer or pneumonia, it didn't matter to Estel. Because all this meant was that her poor, sick brother suddenly got AAAAAAAAAAAALL the attention. Oh, is your brother okay? Oh I hope he's okay. Be strong Estel, your brother will be right as rain in no time! Blah, blah, BLAH! Yeah, he was sick, it was sad, big whoop! Her life didn't revolve around her brother! She was good in school. She donated to charity. She was kind and cute and funny and charming! How the hell was she supposed to compete with cancer?!

She needed to do something big. Something that would shove her brother out of the spotlight, and stick her back in. Estel spent weeks boiling in her own anger, plotting a way to get back at all those in her life that had pushed her to the side. She needed to do it in a way that didn't paint her as the villain. But there was nothing! She was nothing, and it was ALL THEIR FAULT! This realization drove her over and over again into despair and anger, leading to bouts of pulling hair and screaming into her pillow.

When Kyubey appeared, Estel thought she was hallucinating. Maybe she had screamed so loud she had passed out or something. Because not only was this feral Sylveon talking to her, but it was offering her something unbelievable. Become a "magical girl" or whatever that meant, and in return she could have one wish. One wish for anything she wanted, no strings attached (besides the magical girl thingy). And Estel had the perfect wish. Not only was it going to get her more attention than she could've ever hoped for, but it'd also knock Armin out of the picture forever. And so, she sealed the contract, and started her life as a magical girl.

She was always the one seeking out that little nugget of praise. But now? Now she's the one on top. She's the one with all the power.

And that's really who Estel is. Estel doesn't care about people, only herself. If a professional was ever able to dig around Estel's brain, they'd see the budding signs of sociopathy pretty easy. But Estel doesn't see a problem at all.

Ending up Alone (Severe) • Estel has always lived her life surrounded by people. She thrives on compliments, praise, and general conversation with anyone who will listen. Estel can't handle it when the spotlight is ripped off of her, and it grows from an annoyance, to anger, to fear over a long period of time if she can't get that attention back. She doesn't want to die alone. This is more long term than her fear of Solitude.

Solitude (Moderate) • Being alone for long periods of time make Estel extremely uncomfortable. It's more like she needs to know where someone is at all times. She can be in her bedroom by herself, for example, so long as she knows someone is home. Basically, Estel needs to choose to be alone. If she ends up alone and can't find someone, that's when she'll grow irritable and start to panic.

HOMETOWN • Munich, Germany

Estel was the 2nd and final born in her family, alongside an older brother of 10 years (Armin). Though she spent the first few years of her childhood in Munich, Germany; it wasn't long until her parents moved them all to Japan when Estel was only three years old. Both of her parents were incredibly successful cigar and cigeratte business people, selling the best of the best to whoever was willing to shell out the most money, and employing others across the world under their name. It was a business started by Estel's great-grandparents, and had been something her family had maintained since then with the eldest child taking over as the head chairman. Moving to Japan had been her parents way of boosting business. Mitakihara’s economy was booming and ripe for business. From their new home in Mitakihara, Estel's parents could focus more on the finance and business side of things, while letting their employees from around the world take care of the actual work work.

Estel and Armin were never one for want while growing up. With her parents being new money, they had no qualms in spending big and showing off. They sent Estel and Armin to the best school, and gave them the nicest things. The parents as well had all the nicest toys, and always threw the best parties. The relationship between all of them wasn't the best. Sure, there was love in there, but that love was also connected to money, things, and their image. For Armin and Estel, if they behaved and were good, their parents bought them things. Which is how they were shown love. If they misbehaved, they were bribed to do better, which was also love.

Because Armin was being groomed to run the company, Estel's parents paid him much more attention than Estel. They had to consider Armin's future. Estel had to behave so Armin didn't look bad. Estel, you were being too loud! This is Armin's time to shine! Estel grew to rapidly resent and hate her brother. It certainly didn't help that Armin ate up all of the attention his parents gave him, turning him into a bully and jerk to Estel when the two were alone. In public, the two were angels. Alone, the two would've ripped each others throats out if it was legal to do so.

But if there was one thing Estel could do better than Armin, it was draw a crowd. Any time the Krause family had to appear at any social gathering, it was always Estel that could work the masses. Being so young meant she could work her cute and adorable charm for all it was worth. Whether at a party, at school, or just out and about, Estel was always working the crowd in order to get attention. Frankly, this was the only time Estel got real attention, since it was lacking pretty badly at home. But Estel would never admit this. Because Estel didn't make friends. She made fans.

The little bit of attention Estel garnered for herself would end when Armin turned 18, and truly began to learn the family trade. Nobody knew what kind of business man Armin was going to be, which meant it was time to get cozy with the young man as fast as possible. This meant a lot more attention for Armin. And a lot less attention for Estel. Suddenly, she went from being the cute little sister, to being a sudden bridge to Armin. And Estel realized this incredibly fast. The compliments and praise she had received before and received since seemed almost hollow now. She wasn't Estel anymore, she was just Armin's little sister. This realization hit her the hardest.

Suddenly the smiling faces and kind words meant less then nothing to Estel, whether at a party or at school or just at home with her own parents. They were an insult. A lie. It was only when Estel brought up her brother did anybody really pay attention to what she was saying anymore. By the age of 10, Estel had mastered the art of faking her smile and laugh for the sake of her parent's and brother's image. She could joke and smile and laugh and chat with the best of them, but all her words were just hollow now. She had to be perfect. She couldn't ruin anyone's image. She had to learn very quick to distort her own anger and disgust at people into something pleasant and friendly so they'd keep giving her that itty bitty bit of hollow attention she could scrape up.

But soon, even that wasn't enough. Because a tragedy struck the family about a year later. Many Krauses' were heavy smokers, including Armin. As the months went on, Armin started to grow very sick. He was coughing up blood, out of breath all the time, and was bed ridden multiple times with illnesses such as bronchitis or pneumonia. Multiple tests were done on Armin to try and figure out what was wrong, but eventually, they'd all point to the same problem. Armin had developed lung cancer. Suddenly the family shifted gears from teaching Armin how to run a business, to getting him the treatment he needed. They kept this news a secret from the outside world, fearing what it could do to their business if it was discovered their own son was sick with cancer from their product. Only Estel's family and a few close friends knew the truth. Everyone else was told Armin had pneumonia, and that's it.

Cancer or pneumonia, it didn't matter to Estel. Because all this meant was that her poor, sick brother suddenly got AAAAAAAAAAAALL the attention. Oh, is your brother okay? Oh I hope he's okay. Be strong Estel, your brother will be right as rain in no time! Blah, blah, BLAH! Yeah, he was sick, it was sad, big whoop! Her life didn't revolve around her brother! She was good in school. She donated to charity. She was kind and cute and funny and charming! How the hell was she supposed to compete with cancer?!

She needed to do something big. Something that would shove her brother out of the spotlight, and stick her back in. Estel spent weeks boiling in her own anger, plotting a way to get back at all those in her life that had pushed her to the side. She needed to do it in a way that didn't paint her as the villain. But there was nothing! She was nothing, and it was ALL THEIR FAULT! This realization drove her over and over again into despair and anger, leading to bouts of pulling hair and screaming into her pillow.

When Kyubey appeared, Estel thought she was hallucinating. Maybe she had screamed so loud she had passed out or something. Because not only was this feral Sylveon talking to her, but it was offering her something unbelievable. Become a "magical girl" or whatever that meant, and in return she could have one wish. One wish for anything she wanted, no strings attached (besides the magical girl thingy). And Estel had the perfect wish. Not only was it going to get her more attention than she could've ever hoped for, but it'd also knock Armin out of the picture forever. And so, she sealed the contract, and started her life as a magical girl.

• Due to the nature of her wish, people who did know Armin do remember him, but they really don't care enough to talk about him. He's as important to them as a stranger you'd pass on the side of the road.
• Estel attends a private school.
• Now that her brother is out of the picture, Estel will run the family business once she's old enough.
• If asked about her wish, Estel just says it was to help her family business. She does not talk about her brother.
• On full moons, Estel's wings glow a soft pink.
• Estel is fluent in Japanese, English, and German (She knows German because of her family, Japanese because that's where she grew up, and English because many of their families business partners speak English, so Estel and Armin were both forced to learn the language)
• Estel has been a magical girl for a few months now. She's very territorial when it comes to witches/familiars, and isn't against turning on other magicals if she thinks they'll take her loot. She's currently looking to call a spot in Mitakihara her own. This circles back for Estel's desire to remain on top. Can't be the head honcho if you don't have terf of your very own.
