Who is Marie?
Born of tragedy and wrapped in sorrow, Marie was drowned young at the hands of her monstrous father. The once innocent girl was reborn as a puppeteer of her own corpse, a macabre marionette she uses to exact vengeance on those who prey on the weak. While her earthly form remains frozen as it was upon her death, her spirit continues to grow and mature in the Other World. She has ascended to the caste of royalty within this realm, a testament to her mounting influence over the mortal world, the two planes inextricably tangled between the dreams and nightmares of spirits and humans.

It is a rare thing when one of the foul abusers she has targeted in the mortal world slips through her fingers. In fact, it has only just happened for the first time. Her prey, a serial killer, was snatched away from her just before she could deal the killing blow and, curiously, whisked away to the Other World. In an effort to rectify this complication, Marie has drawn 3 others in she believes will help her draw her target out. She is careful, though; only powerful spirits are able to draw mortals across the Threshold, and she suspects the one watching over her mark is much more powerful than she...

What is a draft?
As part of my process, I generate hundreds of images based on a given prompt. A lot of the time, the picture does not come out how I want, so I'll keep tweaking my prompt to get the character how I want them. Sometimes I will see something in a draft I really like that I didn't prompt for and it will be incorporated into my prompt! Once I get a draft or a few drafts I think I can combine into one composite, I start my upscale and redrawing process.
