These flowers were enjoying the mid-winter sunshine (at the end of December 2011) in the gardens of my favourite palace; Monserrate (near Sintra in Portugal)..No matter how many times I visit – there is always change to see, in the gardens, the flows of water in the waterfalls and inside the palace as they continue the renovation / recovery works..
This Palace is “special” to me – it speaks to my soul…
