I was so happy to see that (Charlie) Nash made a return for Street Fighter V. He may not be the same Charlie from the Alpha series, but it is what it is. Either way, i'm cool with it. His new look isn't bad either. Also, I do like his new move set (especially the move he apparently took from Rugal

EDIT: My bad y'all, i can't believe i missed that! I messed up his whole right arm! Good thing it was an easy fix.

I like how you made his frankenstein parts a little brighter so stick out even more. Nice dynamic pose, and great job overall. There are just a few spots where the lineart needs to be filled in a bit because some white/another color is showing through, but that's an easy fix.
