Considered the god of mischief in Norse mythology, he was always causing trouble. He was also extremely egotistical as well as being a nihilist. Itβs a bit of a surprise he is so popular, but Tom Hiddleston's portrayal of the character has recreated Loki with charm and vulnerability. Traits which are likable and relatable.
This painting is a bit less detailed than I wanted, but I couldnβt spend any more time on it as itβs for practice. I really want to start working on more original concepts soon, but am trying to fit in as much practice as possible the rest of this month. Iβm working on some anatomy sketch studies which Iβll share soon.
