This was my first time going in gym after the amputation... People were all staring at me. I had to take help from the instructor for every thing like adjusting equipments, shoelaces and even wiping my sweat. I cannot pick up weights and dumbells... As you can see... So there was no upper body workout for me. It was very hard... Some people used to help me expecting that I will sleep with them... One of them even pressed my boobs and squeezed my ass.... I am very much vulnerable...So that is my new life
