Explanation
The 10t doctor is about to regenerate (because thats the only way how gallifreyans survive, when they're almost dead - they get a "new body")
anyway... before he "dies" he visits all his latest companions to say goodbye and finally regenerates whit the words "I don't wanna go"

I love this I think you really captured the emotion of 10+ million people including myself on the 1st of January 2010, and you really made me relive the sadness and pain I felt when I saw my Doctor say 'I Don't Want To Go'.
