You sat at the table, chin resting on your hand. They were planning to have another expedition outside the walls, and Armin was the one who planned everything. You stared at him, admiring how determined he looked, the glint in his eyes, and the way he was explaining everything. His golden hair swished with every movement he made and his hand expertly pointing to places on the map. As you sat there daydreaming, Eren slowly came up behind you.
"Uh...[Name]?" You were broken from your trance and red flooded your face.

"Yes, Eren?" You said, trying to act natural as the red faded away.

"You know, if you like Armin, you should just tell him." You looked back at him, shocked. How did he know? Apparently, you're expression seemed to tell Eren that he was right, and he continued. "You stare too much, [Name]. Just go up to him and tell him." You shook your arms in front of you.

"I-I c-can't just do that, Eren." You said nervously, trying to tear your eyes away from his playful grin. You put your arms back to your sides and resumed staring at Armin. The reason you liked him was because you wish you could be as gentle and caring as he was, and yet was able to strategize everything so less people will die. You looked at him longingly, and he caught you staring at him. He gave you a gentle smile and a wave, and you nervously waved back, pink dusted across your cheeks.

"[Name], you know he likes you, too." You turned your head towards him, surprised.

"You know, Eren, you're awfully open." Eren stared back at you and widened his eyes. He quickly covered his mouth, and his expression seemed to say, 'damn! I said too much!' And he quickly fled this awkward scene. You visibly sweat dropped, when you heard Armin announce something.

"This is the plan for the expedition tomorrow! Be careful, and remember that our objective isn't to kill the titans, but to go outside the walls and come back alive. Dismissed!" He dismissed everyone from the table with a wave of his hand. Once everyone was gone, he laid both hands on the table and sighed. He seemed nervous and anxious, and he stood up once again and walked towards you. "[Name], just...just be careful, alright?" He said nervously. He scratched at his chin, a light pink on his cheeks. You looked up at him and smiled.

"Of course, Armin. Promise." You stood up and gave him a gentle smile. He smiled back, and waved. You turn your head around and begin walking back to your dorm. You get in your dorm and remove your jacket, straps, boots, and began dressing for sleep. You layed down, an arm over your eyes, and remembered his gentle smile. You smile to yourself, and went to sleep.

It was the day of the expedition, and everyone was prepared, sitting on horseback, and very very anxious. You took a deep breath, and scratched your horse behind the ears.

"Shh, it's alright." You whispered quietly into its mane. Those words seemed to calm her down, and you sat back up again.

"Cadets!", Commander Irvin yelled. "Remember the objective of this mission! Do not attack unless seen necessary! Now, let us begin on the 57th expedition outside the walls!" Everyone gave a yell of determination, and you spotted Armin. He looked determined, and you shared the same expression.

'I'm going to get stronger! For Armins sake!' You grabbed the reins tighter as the gate began to rise. Another yell of determination arose among the cadets, and they were off. The horses using their powerful muscles to carry you further and further, until you were outside the gates. When you exited the safety of the walls, you separated into your assigned positions. Thankfully, you and Armin were in the same squad, and you looked at him and nodded. He nodded back, and faced forward again. "Stay safe..." You whispered quietly to yourself. To the right, you saw a red signal flare being shot into the sky. You saw multiple of them being released into the sky, and soon you fired yours. Commander Irvin shot the green flare, and you all turned towards the left. Unfortunately, most of the right flank were wiped out, but you had to continue without them. As the rest of the squads headed left, you saw something strange in the distance. "What...the hell...is that?" You said nervously, pointing a finger in its direction. Everyone saw your scared face and faced the direction you were pointing in. It was running fast, too fast, and it was catching up quickly. You saw Armin struggle to prepare the red flare, but he dropped it. He looked behind him, shocked and scared. It was already caught up with your squad, and as soon as you looked behind, you saw the strange titan. "Is...is that...a female titan?" The Titan looked different from the others, she was better built, and she didn't seem to want to kill anyone. She ran through your squad, ignoring the people on the ground.

"No...she's headed to the center flank! She's after Eren!" You looked at Armin, shocked at what he was saying.

"Armin, my map said he was in the left flank!" You yelled at him.

"Mine said he was at the front!" Screamed Jean. Now everyone was confused.

"Then...that must mean that he's in the safest spot...in the center, but a little towards the back." Everyone in the squad was shocked, but believed Armin because he was so intelligent.

"Then we have to lead that titan away! We can't let her get Eren!" You yelled, determined. Everyone else agreed, and it showed by their quick nods. You demanded your horse to run faster, and she did. You caught up with the strange female titan, and shot your hook into its heel. You jumped off your horse and skillfully skidded towards the titan. You pressed the gas button, and quickly maneuvered yourself so you didn't get stomped on. You twisted, and cut a piece of her heel off. You removed the grappling hook and sat back on your horse. The titan gradually slowed down, but it's heel was quick to recover. You tsked in annoyance, and was about to head towards her neck when Armin stopped you.

"[Name]! Stop! That titan is strange, and worse that she's intelligent. After you cut out part of her heel, someone else tried to go towards the neck but she quickly covered her weak spot and swatted him away. It's dangerous [Name]. Don't." You were shocked at what he was saying and slowly looked back at the titan. Her hand was covering the weak spot, and even stranger, the material that made up her neck was similar to that of the armored titan. You widened your eyes. All of a sudden, she screamed. You looked around, confused, when you saw it. Hoards of titans were headed towards your squad, and everyone was scared as hell. There were thousands of them, abberants, every kind. You looked at them, when a fire raged in your heart. You saw the titan that killed your family, and revenge flared in your eyes. Armin saw the look in your eyes and was about to stop you, but you had already fired your grappling hook into the titans eyes. You pressed the gas button and was lifted off your horse and you quickly threw one blade into the other eye. The titan screamed in pain, and you flipped through the air and sliced the nape of its neck off. The titan collapsed on the ground, evaporating. Another titan was headed towards you, and you revealed your true self. You turned murderous, killing titans left and right. Your squad watched you in awe, as this is the first time they saw you in action. Armin slowly put his hand reaching for you down, when he spotted a 15 meter abberant heading towards you. You were busy killing the other titans and didn't notice it until it grabbed you. You were raised into the air, and you looked up at the titan. This titan...you recognized it. When the titan headed his mouth north smiling, you remembered. This was the titan that ate your best friend, [Name]. You smiled menacingly and used your blades in your hands to cut the titans fingers. When all of a sudden, you were surrounded by all the titans. They were all reaching for you, and once you cut yourself free from the titans grasp, another one grabbed you. You were trapped, and you looked up at the sky and smiled. You knew that even with your skill and will to kill the titans, you're going to be killed at any time. And that time was now. As you looked up at the sky, you only had one regret.

"I never got to tell Armin I love him..." You whispered quietly to yourself. All of a sudden, you heard your name.

"[NAME]!" Armin was rushing towards you, slaughtering every titan in sight. You widened your eyes, you have never seen Armin like that before. He grappled towards you, and sliced the titans hand off where you were being carried. You tumbled to the ground, and stared up and Armin. You licked your lips, ridding of the titan blood on your face.

"Seems that Armin is sugar and spice. I like it." You jumped back into action, and you two became the ultimate tag team. When all the titans around you were dead and evaporating, you walked up to Armin. "Armin..." You said quietly. As titan blood rained down on the two of you, you kissed him. It was sweet and passionate, and when you both finally came up for air, you grinned. "Now lets go, Armin. We need to protect Eren and get back inside the walls,". And with those last words, you both climbed back up to your horses and headed towards the center, blushing and determined. You looked back at Armin and smiled. He looked so adorable blushing, and it was obvious that you both loved each other. You looked back straight ahead and thought, 'we are getting back in those walls.'
