I love the birds and the city. I am not sure its what you intended but the lady almost becmoes the background with teh way she is looking and the movement of teh birds.

yeah birds are the best! i had this dream about me and a bird this night i just awoke from i don't remember allot but i know it was my brothers bird a white little bird budgie.

wow. i SO would never had thought of this. @___@ this is so original and amazing. i love the way you did her entire body drawing-looking ^^ it fits better with that city going out of her arm... plus, the redness of the city makes it stand out from her provenance(sp?) and it looks very nice.

oh thanks so much! Originally this had a completly different look. But I ended up sitting on it for a long long time and then reworking it. I nixed the background and such, it's really much more simple now. Sometimes it takes awhile for things to work out! I'm realy greatful for you feedback, thanks again!

Just kidding. But FANTASTIC image! Goodness. You do great combinations of drawing/collaging/photo manipulation. And nice concept as well. I know this is a lot of what you do but I definitely think you should stick with it. See where it goes.

I dont realy know all the much about photomaniplulation so im going to ask this... How did you get the real clowthing onto the drawing?

The body comes from a photo I took and then scanned. In photoshop I used the lasso tool to cut out the part of the photograph that I wanted to use and placed it over the drawing. I erased the hard edge between the drawn arm and the photographed arm, so it would be a more fluid transition. Hope that made sense!
