This is Ghost Moth (Hepialus humuli) the moth that the game Flutter: Starlight choose to represent Zodiac sign Cancer flutter-starlight.fandom.com/w… Again, only the male for some reason, but I made both versions
and I jinxed it... the thing is I took this one with me on a vacation, thinking I will work ok them in the meantime. And I did. But also I accidentally left it in the trailler at the campsite when I was returning home. I had to wait wuntill someone from my family woud go to the campsite and bring them back.
and then my sister's birthday came and I promissed to make her a pillow, my mom's birthday is also in july, and Jacob's :iconllord-lavrahtheen: so I didn't have time to work on them then...
I wanted to make pictures with the sweetcherry fruits in the background, goddammit
I know this is during Leo zodiac, and that makes me kind of sad. Technically I already did make a Leo sign moth www.deviantart.com/arisaria/ar… but I'm taking this opportunity to experiment a little, so I'm going to make another Twin-spotted sphynx

I used fake leather for the wings. I love how shiny it is! the Female's wings are slightly bigger. I don't know if I'll make the wings the same way in the future, the glue didn't work very well with this. Maybe if I buy more specialized glue...
for some reason the white fake leather was much thicker than the orange one, despite both coming from the same box
I like the fluffy antennae but I don't think I'm to make them this fluffy in the future, too much hassle. I think I'll stick with minky.
