This is my first Favorite. This photo is..unusual. It seems as though you've taken it in a darkroom but I can't be too sure because I haven't seen any photos with a kind of border like that. It's difficult to find the grey tonality in the background while emphasizing the clothing with contrasting lights. Very unusual.

I love how the shoes are turned as she's holding them. The hidden face definately enhances the allure of the piece. The dramatic background does well reflecting how dramatic she appears. Even the painted looking border contributes nicely to the mood. Well done.
