not done any sketching in a while so it was fun creating thisits some strange anime/traditional hybrid..not sure what to make of it all
and no i want be doing any further work on it...thats how i like it

The hair is simply BE-A-UT-I-FUL! The beautiful needs to be 5 words so that it can show more emphasis. Great job. Beautiful work. I love the hair, the face, the (scars?) and everything about the picture. I might have to study it to see how to make my pictures any where close to it as far as not looking like doggy doodoo compared to this magnificent piece of work.

The number of comments on this "sketch" alludes to what an enduring piece this really is. The use of value, especially the contrast between the eye and the far side of the face is striking. While it's a very loose, energetic image, the black border provides a sense of refinement as well. I think of all of the deviations I've faved thus far, this might be the one I view most frequently. Excellent work. Also, if this became a print, I'd snap it up in a second.

It's almost as if she (he?) is broken... looking at the lines on her face. It's like she's wearing a mask that's starting to crumble away...

it looks great. but if you decide to do some further work..it would be cool to add some highlight colours to the eyes. i mean like a really light blue. that would be killer. but it looks amazing either way. much love, dearest

It's a beautiful blend.
I love how streaky and layered it looks. Soft and clear. The texture it creates on her face is ver'best part. That her face is sectioned... Makes it narrative? Makes it less of a simple portrait. You wonder what she's about.
Strange, and sketchy, and really, really beautiful. Gonna have to fav this one.
