Description
The original characters from my previous drawing, made in Azalea's Magical Elf dollmaker.
They are maybe going to be characters in an original cycle of short stories.
Sylvia is a guardian of a fairy forest. She protects the forest from harm such as greedy or cruel people and natural disasters, and offers shelter to the abused and neglected ones, especially orphans. It is a kind of a sanctuary. All seasons coexist in her realm, and she can talk to animals. Some people whom she had raised still retain the friendly ties with her and trust their children to her protection as well, making her a professional "fairy godmother".
Aurina and Melodia live in the same fairy forest. I don't know yet if they are related to Sylvia or her attendants.
Aurina is a sunlight/fire sprite. She is joy personified, and never stays on the same place, always dancing, always free-spirited and curious. Due to her curiosity she knows a lot about hidden treasures of all kinds, so some people would love to catch her - but it is as impossible as catching a sunbeam. But she would eagerly reward a person she would befriend. She can assume form of a wandering light, a bird or a squirrel.
Melodia is a water sprite, who is melancholic and thoughtful. Like all water magical beings, she has an enchantingly beautiful voice. She offers rest, comfort and advice to weary and troubled travellers who happen to visit her spring, and always repays the compassion shown to her. Her advice is especially valuable due to her gift of seeing the true form of things. She loves moonlight and rain.
Isolda is Sylvia's sister. Maybe she had some tragic experience, maybe it is just her nature, but she lives isolated in her castle in hard-to-reach mountains, and is almost completely impassive. Only the bravest go searching for her castle - she either posesses some magical treasure like water of life or wide knowledge due to being able to talk with winds, or both, I am not sure yet. She would honestly help those who prove themselves enough in her eyes, she never lies.
Misteria is also related to Sylvia and Isolda, maybe a cousin. She lives deep in woods. She loves playing riddles and tricks with travellers, and there are all kinds of rumours about her - some are bad ones, but she seems to enjoy and encourage them. Despite them she was never proven to have done something actually bad - but can punish an undecent person, turning them into an animal for example. She herself changes shape easily.
Passiflora is Misteria's daughter. She lives in an enchanted castle on her own, and seems to be quite spoiled - she often acts on caprice and mood. As a leisure activity she enjoys trying to seduce travellers. Yet at least once when a young man resisted her charms, she was so impressed that she helped him on his quest (most likely, in disguise as a regular girl).
