Ok, hands down, this was the most complex cosplay i saw there... imoyou can't really tell from the pic but he actually had working headlights!! holy beans, right?!
i'm not sure who his wife was supposed to be (been years since i've seen transformers - and i've not seen the movie yet), but it doesn't matter because both costumes are hawt!!. i just wonder if he had a fan going in this, the temperature in the halls went up big time as the day passed. Now that i think about it, i didn't see him at all later on in the afternoon in suit, like the bumblebee that was there he probably needed to take it off to cool down.

side note i forgot to mention. this thing is made of cardboard!!! omg, i can't even imagine how much time was put into this

I got video of him doing the robot in that cosplay, but it was on an old camcorder that I couldn't get the video off of, so depressing.

it was a lot of time to make this also the girl there is my wife and the costume is origonal something I thought up I also made that out of cardboard and the name we decided on is "wisper" and thanks so much for posting it I wasnt able to get a lot of pictures
