Zaraki Kenpachi, captain of the BA squad 11. I really hope before the end of the series we find out the name of his zanpakuto and he at least gets a shikai. Yah, that'd be cool.Next? Sado i think...

since he cannot communicate with his zanpakuto it's merely a weapon. Shikai is the 1st transformation, 2nd being bankai.

I know. but knowing and saying the name wont release it further, unless he then learns bankai. it's just like kurosaki's zangetsu: a permanent shikai release

that's not necessarily true. everyone that has a shikai has had a conversation of sorts with their zanpakuto at this point the sword picks up it's first true form. before then the sword is just a sword.

except in the case of kenpachi of zaraki as stated in the manga by tite kubo...
just my last point in this debate: zaraki's spiritual pressure is so insanely high, and uncontrollable, that his zanpakuto was forced into being from it's very first. All zanpakuto have the same general image in their unreleased form (with minor variations), but zaraki's is longer than most katana, is chipped and scarred, not through battle, but as an image, and also has a guard that faces inwards. No other, unreleased, zanpakuto has a variation to it's image which is common among shikai.
