Merry CHRISTmas guys! yes i know..this doesn't look Christmas-y, but i had no other idea....besides..i believe God inspired me to do this piece OuO i loved how it turned out, btw (except for the background...it's not even a background!!what is a background?)
lol there's a reason why there are four faces there...they're the ones putting fear in April's the girl's heart. and three of them are scared because the Lord is there with her.

I stumbled upon this while browsing through Deviations that related to the book "13 reasons why". I am not sure why I came upon your piece, though..
I had a friend who cut the contact with a lot of his friends off, including me. Saying he was bored with us, and hated us. Now, tension between another friend of mine has increased ever since then. And I think our friendship is on the fringe. Just a lot has happened over the past few months, and I just thought I would browse "13 reasons why". I am a biy glaf I came upon this, I feel a little relaxed now, thank God. Hr has helped me so much, his wisdom, his encouraging word.

This piece really inspired me.
I've been dealing with anxiety (and fear) for a long while now and I've been realizing that as soon as I start praying or even saying Jesus' name...I feel calm. Sure, my anxiety doesn't exactly go away and if it does, not for long. But I feel better. And this picture and verse reminded me that God is always with us

Christmas- Christ's Mass. That's literally what it means, just like holiday is literally holy day. It's dangerous to take Christ out of Christmas, as you can see people are replacing it with X-mas, to "shorten it up", they say. They don't realize what they are doing. By taking out Christ, they are making a holy day into a secular day. A "secuday"

This work you've done is really really cute. First off I loved the job you did with the background and the (demons?), they're like something out of the Lego Star Wars videogame. You also did a great job rendering the two central characters, and their manner of dress, while at the same time dealing accurately with the lighting, both around and emitted. Good job rendering Jesus, particularly when deciding how to render the light coming from him, I loved the choice of color, and how you incorporated that into the girls dress. Great job here, and Thank You for featuring your work in Christian Music Fans!
