You often don't see a work relying mainly on silhouette value so this work gets points for that.Β
However much like the death scene in bambi this work hardly has much of an impact on me.Β
ooh, birds sitting on an overgrown pair of antlers, what an original idea! (unless you google image that idea real quick)Β
I do find that this work functions as a style for a background but I feel it falls flat when applied to characters, just takeΒ
a second look at the birds, some of them hardly look like it.Β
I get that this work is trying to experiment with ideas, but this work looks unfinished, like the early stages in a step by stepΒ
process. So in the end we have a "unique" style with an overdone idea.Β
