i can't help but think you also used morrigan aensland from darkstalkers as a reference cause the costume is as sexy as hers
the way you did the character design is superb. the vector shading and additional effects that makes the picture whole is great. the expression of the character seems sinister to seductive. she seems like a very sadist villain to me
