This was a fanart request I did really quick-- so don't look too closely unless you want to find the several hundred different things in this picture that don't make sense. I'm studying software engineering. I'm thinking about redirecting my career either towards industrial equipements programming or, most likely, social medias and databases.
I feel somewhat inspired by what social medias are able to accomplish, helping fuel democracy (Iran, Egypt, etc.) and education (some other project)

That's awesome. If you did social media/databases what kind of job would you want to get?
Yeah-- I followed the way Iran and Egypt were using the internet, etc. to get word out about their protests and thought that their having this voice that nobody could completely shut down was inspiring. I feel like these medias are going to have huge effects on how government works and how interconnected people in different countries are (I believe for the better.
