Created a new character based on my favorite anime character. I bet it's kind of obvious what character this guy's based on :'D Despite my efforts, I guess I made him resemble the character a bit TOO much...I guess I could always add little changes. More info on him will come once I finish his ref. I actually created this from his ref since I wanted a good ToyHouse icon for him.
