This is another in my "favorite mistake" series. Though, in the beginning I don't think thats what I was going for lol I found the screen shot from the video and started to draw it while at work (yes, i know, thats bad lol it was slow) Anyway, I was all into the shading and before I knew it I had drawn a tear down her cheek that wasn't there to begin with but I just found it fitting. I'm sure it's my own mood. But before I knew it the original photo was nothing but a ref and i'd taken the emotion into my own hands. Hopefully the mood i was going for shows through...Specs:
9X12 on "impressions" drawing paper 9B and .5mm mechanical pencil about 3 hours on and offEnjoy
