Social Sciences: The floor has a lot of team buffs that encourages the player to keep all the librarians alive. It is surprisingly powerful.
Language: Red Mist, enough said.
Natural Sciences: You would think the floor with Magical Girls would be the floor of friendship, but it is actually the floor of negative emotions and existential anguish. You also get clowns.
