Awesome. I specially like the way the girl grabs the other girl's hair.

I love the way it's coming along, and the colors, but I think the lips would look better if they weren't quite that saturated (it may just be that they're unfinished and thus 'flat' right now, I'm sure they'll be beautifully detailed when you finish) but one way to have the red lips appear incredibly red while also being realistic is to change the colors of the rest of the painting, though it's quite beautiful with all the red and that is also giving it a lot of unity right now, if the lipstick and lips were the only red it could work even better. Also on the grey eye, if the eye were either changed to green or bright brown or the eye-shadow were changed to a brownish-orange to bring out the grey it would be even prettier. In the end also, you could key the painting so that the brightest white (0% or FFFFFF) is a bit of light on the lips, and the darkest dark (100%, not 000000, a hint of red mixed into the black makes it appear darker) could be in her mouth just below the top lip where there's the shadow.
It's beautiful so far!

I actually like it the way it is. It's very cool, I can imagine it hanging in some of the galleries around LA
