But the trick to digital is to make it look traditional as much as possible. Look at Jonathon Glapion...he uses about 50/50 both and u can't tell the difference unless he tells u and i know other inkers that is doing both along with me and u can't tell the difference...along with me...and i labeled mine on the page of which i've done digitally...and i'll be adding more soon.

It's all good, there's no right way of doing things when it comes to the tools. Only the results matters.

Yes, I've been honing my skills with traditional tools, so the outcome of this comparison was predictable.

Both are really good, but the digital is a bit too "clean" and "well done" and i dig more the stronger brush lines you did in the traditional one. everything is darker and more creepy as it should be

I trust more my hand than the Wacom to do different line weights and directions, and I guess it shows.

I will never give it up!

Well I have to say that your Traditional piece is a stunner. I guess the you are an old school artist after all. I hope your work still has that pop and flair, but I have to admit, the digital inked one, can't hold a candle to your Pentel assisted one.

Thanks, Larry! I've invested a lot of time and effort this last 5 years in my inking skills, and the intimacy with the Pentel is by far bigger than the Wacom.
