actually, the ladybird is checking which publishing house the book is published by, so ..it will now go into war with the pressing company and take over the authors rights, and hence, the book become a ladybird edition.
Fabio, be aware of these ladybirds, they not only can take the rights from authors and publishing houses, but also they can claim the rights of your 'exsistence'.
