Huggy is a man of few words and many warm hugs.
When Huggy says something, the people should listen.

I'm been thinking about giving the friendly Huggy Wuggy a yellow bow and
the evil Huggy Wuggy (my favorite version) a blue bow,
but because the original artwork from the game had a blue bow,
I gave him the blue bow instead of yellow.
I will try to give the friendly Huggy a yellow bow next time I draw him.
