Bio: (I didn't intend for her boobs to be that big when I drew her. O_o.. When I colored her in the group picture it occurred to me that they were monstrous.) One would think that the huge boobs would make her a less efficient thief, though they do make an excellent distraction for even the most reserved man... or woman.

Name etymology: Cindy; Short for Cynthia which means "rule." Latinized form of Greek Kynthia which means "woman from Kynthos". This was an epithet of the Greek moon goddess Artemis, given because Kynthos was the mountain on Delos on which she and her twin brother Apollo were born.
