i haven't deiced if she's going into or coming out of the wall environment, but i wanted some sense of depth perception in the image, that it didn't look flat. and thank you for the well thought out comment as well.

i use allot and i mean allot of layer masks, other than using the smart select tool to remove my subjects, pretty much everything else is done with a layer mask, blur for the most part. if you have more questions feel free to ask.

I had mouse power for 4 years before aquiring a cheap tablet. (No Wacom, that's a WAY over my limits). It can be done, just takes a loooot of time and loooot of practice.(And still screws up most of the times)
