Description
One of my Harry Potter OCs and Bellatrix Lestrange. I just had a random urge to draw suits and ties style clothing, and this is what turned out
. I tried realy hard on this one, so I hope you like it.3 hours

Here's your COTA!
Visual: I find this a very visually appealing piece. The poses of the characters seem to say "Hey, you. We're about to do something cool so you better be watching!" When looking at the thumbnail, I can tell the art is of good quality. I also like the skull in the back. The splashes of jet black really draw the eye. The coloured parts compensate well for the black. I would, however, say that there is too much white in the picture. Perhaps the background should have been coloured (just a bit, maybe a light covering of grey or deep blue) to bring out the white shirt, jacket, and skull.
Technique: The characters are well-proportioned in the classic anime/manga style. Their clothes are great! All the folds are at the right places and a bit of shading really makes them believable. Your OC's hair is also very well done, taking into account the light spots and the shadows from the neck and even the ear! But, I don't see a shadow from her hat... 
Creativity: Full points for creativity. There are probably no reference pictures for Harry Potter characters in suits and such. Awesome work, putting an idea on paper. And I love the belt
Overall: A great drawing, but some parts should have been thought out a little more. Do that with your future works and they'll all be AMAZING! Keep it up

Thanks, I really appreciate your critique! I probably didn't think this one out very much, and I will try harder in the future. (I don't usually draw hats, and I still lack common since so I forgot the shadow under the brim

Well, I'm not saying that you have to put the full body in the picture, just that the legs should continue off the page. It's more pleasing to the eye if it's the page that cuts off the subject rather than blank space at the bottom. Still great drawing though. Keep on posting!
