He just doesn't know to talk to people without knowing the difference between something rude and something nice. Also, he clothes do not make him gay etheir. They are custmary to Root to show allegiance to the orginaztion. So do not! I repeat not CALL HIM GAY! Also why would Masashi Kishimoto make a gay Character anyways?
