Love how the peacock feathers on the skirt sets off the dress. Yes, she is bold, and has a grace and elon' that shows she is willing to do whatever she wants and to hell with what everyone else says. And would include her holding a small slender cigar in her graceful fingers.

I like this the best out of this series. The dress, which is fabulous, is shown to the best advantage. The model has a bold, in-charge pose and expression that exude power and control. Very forceful image.
