I love Cap but didnt really get to know him till a lil awhile back.
Evnthough I think Cap would put up a spectacular and exceptional fight Bats would just put him dwn. Thas BAts for ya though. Give him long enuff and he'll whoop anyone's ass. haha

Batman would win...he's just psycho like that. in an MMA fight, Bats would soften cap up with some leg kicks and go for a flying armbar. Cap would get pissed and slam bats against the top of the cage. there would be a scramble as Cap would swing for the TKO and then Bats would duck under, sink in the hooks and choke cap unconscious.

I love Captain America more than Batman (!!!), both Steve and Bucky but...if it were Bruce v Steve, Bruce would totally win. After Supes, I think Steve would be a cakewalk ;A;. Dick & Bucky though, I think Bucky could do it.

On a side note: if they were the originals (Bruce & Steve), Bruce would win simply because his rules allow for some underhandedness to win. But with Dick and Bucky, I think Bucky has the ruthlessness in him to win.

Cap would totally own him. He's stood up to the Hulk (although for a relatively short time), a feat that not many could accomplish, especially the Bat. Powers always give you an upperhand. Plus, Cap has fought armies. Dodged numerous bullets, explosions and super powered villians. As much as I like Batman, I'll have to say my vote goes to Captain America.
(I hope no one brings up the MvsDC issue, since that was based on readers votes, and not logic)

i think they should make out. steamy hot love between two passionate caped crimefighters. cuddling afterwards. 
The problem with predicting this fight for me is that they are pretty equally ballanced. from what I know about them, they have pretty equal sets of abilities. I guess, cap is a little stronger and more vicious in hand to hand combat and less restrained.
but bats has the upper hand on gadgets and stealth.
It might come down to terrain and luck and who's writing the story. In a hexagon MMA fight, cap would win. In an unclear terrain with much cover, places to hide and set traps I guess bats would win.
In an oily love fest with batdildos and freedom sauce, definately both would win.
