An old picture that I found while organizing my photo folders. I can't imagine why I didn't edit and post this earlier! But here it is now
This is Jimmer, a Barn Owl we worked with while on a field trip to Wye Marsh during my Wildlife Rehabilitation program

I love them, they are so beautiful... I used to work with one like this called "Opaline" my Falconer friend thought it was a girl at first, and then realized it was a boy when it grew up ! l lol ! They are lovely to fly and work with.

Oh my gosh xD For whatever reason, be it the plat form he's on or the pose, I thought this was a piece of Taxidermy until I read the desc
