it stays the same, and "is" is present when you in "he's always..." - past is "was". And it wouldn't be past because he still is stuck in the castle, if it was past it would mean that he is no longer there or has to be there.

Anyways, i don't want to feel like a grammar nazi, but i just wanted for them to know. Im not mad or angry just trying to get to the point fast.
