Hey, she's cute - her expression and her eyes and the way she's holding the heart all express "shy and cute" so well.
But I do have to mention, that the colour of her hair and her clothes clash horribly..

This is your newest, so I'll critique it for you. ^^
Starting with positives: The coloring and shading is very nice, especially on the hair. The eyes are very bright, and, in my opinion, convey the kind of character that you have drawn. The background and snow are very good additions to the picture, making it seem more bright and exciting versus a plan white BG. The expression is extremely cute, conveying a sense of shyness that the person in this piece must be feeling. The blush really accentuates that.
Now some constructive criticism: One thing I notice is that the hands are a little on the small side. Now, if this is a chibi-like figure, then this can be disregarded, as chibi hands are usually way smaller than the head, depending on the style. The shoulders/body seem a little blocky. Try adding a little more curve to her. Girls are very curvey. 
This is all I can think of to critique this piece. All-in-all, I give this a 5/5 stars.
