Description What with commissions and such, I doubt I'll be doing a whole lot of work on this project over the summer like I planned, but here's the cover at least I messed up a whole bunch of the little details and it looks like a mess!! Wahhh. orz

Title: Issho Ni Iru Koto [Being Together]
Page number: 17, not including cover and author’s notes
Summary: In order to provide her Gang with some much-needed sweets, Piyoko consults Usada about making ice cream. Afterwards, with a suggestion from Rik, Piyoko and Coo decide to go for a walk... but Coo seems to have something on his mind.

And of course, it's an all ages doujinshi! >A
I'm still trying to decide if I'll attempt doing line art for the actually doujin by hand or by computer... I'll have to mess with that and see how it works. owo;

Ohhh! You picked a nice color for the lineart. I love the pretty coloring, also. It looks so "extra" in this picture for some reason. |D Coo's expression makes me all melty, haha~

I must make a small critique about the skin colors, however. I think maybe you should give each of the characters their own tone. Characters that share a similar medium for skin tend to look related. But you did color the skin so beautifully and smooth. <3 Great work!

I usually do different skin tones for the characters in a picture, but I kinda forgot for this picture? o_o; *shrug* I've been messing around with my skin tones lately, it's hard for me to get it the way I want it.

Ehehe, skin can be such a hassle at times. XD I don't think you've anything to worry about as far I'm concerned, as the way you color is just fine. Everyone is prone to forget something every now and then!

Aww, so cute. Coo looks adorable, and I love their hands - so ittle and delicate unlike my gorilla hands XD. I also like how you do highlighting in hair and the little white highlight on their faces. The pattern on Piyoko's outfit is also a nice touch.

I practiced... a lot. o_O;; My old CGs were flat and messy, but I just experiment a lot with brush opacities and scribble around until I like it XD Most all of my coloring is completely hand colored with the brush while adjusting the hardness and opacity. Although I like the dodge tool quite a bit as well. XD
