Ya..it's that gold wolf that teaches Link cool stuffs.I don't think he has a name...does he?
I spent like, a half an hour playing the game and looking at the wolf through 3rd person at different angles so I could sketch him and all his weird glowly markings. Then I redrew him 'cuz the quick sketch looked like crap XD

He does have a name, and it's Link! He's the spirit of the Link from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask, thats why he knows all those songs you sing(howl) with him. also, he says to the Link in twilight princess "our bloodline" somewhere in the game. If he's not link, then he is a descendant.

that might not be link but i totally agree with you he just might be link there is a fifty fifty percent chance. but the wolf is totally awesome in the game.

I got stuck at the part where I had to find the kids who ran after the monkey. I got the lamp from the old guy, but i dn't know how to use it

oh (XD) do you not know how to equip it? because it's the same as equiping your fishing pole and any other weapon. because it's so you can get through that cave that Epona refuses to go into. and you should light the torches as you go because they'll stay lit throughout the game. When you get to the other side of the cave, find another cave in that feild with a key and then go unlock a gate on the other side.
