I need to work this out, this is what I think is happening.
2D is singing Feel Good inc. possibly hint that he may have a crush on Noodle, or he just thinks their really good friends. Where they really are is beond me but I think they might be in a cafe of some sort. They have also switched their masks they had during Plastic Beach.
