I love coloring other people's artwork as it gives me a chance to play around and try new things. I played around a /lot/ with this chibi which I found absolutely adorable.
I developed a custom PS brush to create the background. I also tried some new techniques with the hair and pattern. Enjoy!

the hair has a pretty good variation between light and darks, but maybe the clothes could have had shades a bit farther from their base colors?
