One of the cards that will be appearing in the comic. It's nothing really important for the plot. I saw the "star Spinner tarot" and I liked the style so much so I can't resist to try something similar.
The sword is meant to represent power, severity, punishment, justice, etc. He's naked to show his purity (and sexiness), his eyes are closed to symbolize the equanimity of justice, and I've add a crown of leaves to highlight his nobility. Naturally he shines over the world
