Today we pay tribute to Dwayne McDuffie, creator of the Milestone Universe, who passed away this week much too soon.This is my humble take on Static Shock, one of McDuffie's most well known characters. I never liked the white mask so I simplified his color scheme to a two-toned gray and orange.

wow! An alternate static shock! Very nice! he looks like hes having a blast! (pun intended) and looks so happy and carefree. maybe he passed an exam and he and ritchie are going to free comic day together? I like this version, granted I like the one I used to see on kids WB but this looks pretty awesome!

Static Shock was one of my favorite superheroes when I was growing up. It's a shame to hear the creator died.
