Nature meets technology, loud meets silence, and there are other contrasting factors here too like the style but they're not in conflict, more like bound to each other with strings of cord and vine. This is a self portrait that shows some of my current thoughts about art and life. I'm intending to use this as my id but I might slice it smaller before that.The headphones are my most precious possession they're so warm and soft

mirror ref with the face and a little phot ref with the closed eye (I just couldn't get that bit right!) I made most of the brushes myself, I don't like using others brushes because they make me feel weird.

I love this piece. The detail is awesome on the headphones. and the vines are very intriguing. They remind me of the Evanescence logo.

Wonderful colors and textures! The details on the clothes are beautiful, and I expecially like the combination of modern and ancient(nature) in this. That's what drew me to this so strongly

An artist who is able to fuse technology with nature is a genius. I previously saw that in `arcipello 's forget me not. and now this is a masterpiece ID following technonature theme. It seems to me that even tho you don't actully put in too much detail it still seems to be detailed and crisp. beautifully executed and very pleasant to look at.

If you had looked at my gallery you'd know there's lots of different styles in my art and this isn't the direction it's going just a branch of it. Thanks for the comment though. The piece you referred to was unclear a name would have helped.

This is really intensely beautiful. The full view just BLEW me away. Everything from the subtle shades of green to the background to the warm orangey peach of the skintone make this picture amazing. Great gradiation of color, and texture, and detail. ;-; Must. favorite.

This piece reminded me oh~so~much about the way I see art and the world. When I'm with my headphones, listening to my music, even on a morning train, full of people, I feel in some other world. Especially when I listen to Celtic Music, like Enya for example, I can almost feel fairies all around me instead of boring, ordinary looking people, and I can look outside the window and, instead of cars, I draw in my mind the image of big pumpkin~like sparkly carriages full of vines driving along the road. I am obviously exagerating, but it's somehow like this that I feel when I listen to my music, traveling on my imagination with the headphones as my travelling mean. When I looked at this piece I somehow felt happy and touched for realizing I'm not alone with this kind of feeling. Keep up the astounishingly great work.
