Quick practice from a photo. so far about 2 hours. Will post finished results here. Thanks to Jess for posing for me and my crappy camera
The painting looks way better in person.She has a really cool chair, I have yet to add the leopard spots.

Edit:new photo...The shadow on the left arm isn't that dark in reality, so the arm isn't as long as it looks

great work ben. really excellent sense of lighting. the color is controlled and used well. also great figure and expression of emotion.

Just painted them by eye. Start with the feet and work up. I just painted the darkest darks first then worked my way to the lights
