Nii-chan means "Older Brother". She meant Nee-chan.

... Uh you do realize that you've basically called Hinata "little brother" don't you? Onii-chan is little brother and Onee-chan is little sister. Since Hinata's older you should have put Nee-san, aside from that I really enjoyed this piece of work.

Actually, Onee and Onii is no different than Nee or Nii. Some people just don't want to stress that you say a small "o" sound before it. Imouto is for younger sister and Otouto is for younger brother. I think you just got confused with "-chan" and "-san". I've actually heard some girls call men older than them "-chan". Whether or not this would be acceptable under normal circumstances...XD

When refering to a sister, it's "Nee," not "Nii." "Nii-chan" means brother, even with the "chan" part in the name.
