I do remember about BG - just don't know what exactly to do about it. I made his eyes smaller, added more shading, fixed anatomy a little bit... a lot...
P.s. now it rainy and cold *drinks instant coffee with cookies* but still stuffy *wants to say "hi" to the builders who made it possible to open only one window from three*

Actually I'm in an awful mood because of British GP... that's a reason to draw cute pictures. It's so stuffy *needed to by a fan in a Chinese souvenirs shop even though didn't like the color*. Sorry for grumbling
Eeh... actually I wanted to ask for some critique (I haven't started drawing his hands yet though)

That's Angie again, he's approximately 10 here. He's still blond and stupid (though the 2nd will never change).
I'm gonna make a lineart based on it. He stands on a bridge and is daydreaming. Yep, sky is beautiful!

As my dear suggested, I've drawn his bracelets made of wooden beads (+ some colored beads because I wanted some bright spots) I hope it's hippie-like.

Because I looooove nature or other.... I suggest to you to draw a rose or a creeper on the linee of balcony....
It would to be nice, if you can draw beyond Angie a a glass door surrounded by climbing plants.... Ok, I know that this can be difficult, and deleting the beautiful sky, but I find that only the sky is colored a little empty.... It is strange, indeed!
You could draw back Angie even a hint of plants, just to give a little depth to the image!

Actually it's a bridge - but now I think i need to dosomething with BG ^^ because it's not really obvious that it's a bridge and not a balcony

Actually there are two pictures - another one with older Angie and the same bridge - now I think it's kinda sad - don't know why...
And I think maybe I should cut the lower part of the picture ^^ (in any case the lower part looks awful)

I council to you to sketch (not too much detailed) some skyscrapers or buildings... Just to make the idea of bridge....
Please... Don't cut the lower part!!!! It's so nice if you put more details for the bridge, for example some interlocking nails or iron... Just for to see that it's a BRIDGE and not a BALCONY... 
I think some effect of smog or too much irons are perfect to represent a city.... Or give the idea to a city.... Isn't important how are so full of details... I think that simple lines or a sketch of color of a building give a depth to the image, and make rich the image....

A bridge through the river ^^
Angie's spent his childhood outside the city - that was supposed to be a very picturesque place (but Angie has no experience in living in a big city - he always gets in troubles because of it)

I could recognize his style of drawing from a mile away!
this is Angie? wow, is really beautiful! did she really is blonde and dumb? Angie I know is blonde, but it is an intelligent person!
and I found that the design is great, but as you said yourself, is not finished, then I will wait to see how it looks, but I'm sure I will not have much to say about. ^ ^ And the bracelet is very beautiful!

Is this the character who you also drew with dark hair and said he had an evil mode? He looks so innocent in this one, it's so hard to imagine him being evil!
I think one of the differences between the sketch and the coloring is his eyes. In the sketch they look like they're aimed upward more, giving him a dreamy facial expression. But in the coloring he almost is looking straight at the viewer (especially in the right eye), so it's hard to tell he's daydreaming... anyway, just a thought

Yep, you're right! The same character, the thing about his eyes is that I drew them asymmetrically on the sketch - though it's hard to notice (but it became obvious when I started coloring so I had to fix it), but thank you so much for suggestion, you're right about it, maybe if I'll make the iris smaller - I'll get that dreaming effect back!

Cool. ^^ I absolutely love the facial expression. Maybe the thing with the colouring is the sky. You used a purple-red colour scheme, which is absolutely lovely, but if you want to create that certain dreamy feeling, you may want to use some of the softer shades of blue instead. Just a guess.
