i wanted to try a cartoon style so i drew myself, but i don't know... maybe i should just stick to anime style?

tbh i want to develop a cartoon style because i want to draw fanart for my non-anime fandoms like doctor who, lotr, and dc. and i am afraid that if i draw fanart for non-anime fandoms in anime style, some fans will say things like "EWW, WHAT'S A WEEABOO DOING HERE?? ARE YOU TRYING TO POISON OUR FANDOM WITH YOUR ANIME SHIT!11!!1??" Β most fans are decent people and they are not gonna say things like that even if anime annoys them, but i have already seen rude fans who bully anime artists. ((also i know that i shouldn't care about what other people think, but i do.))
besides, it would be nice to be able to draw in more styles Β ^^

aLSO THIS OUTFIT IS CRINGE, I KNOW.
BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESIGN A NICE OUTFIT THAT'S NOT A FOLK-DRESS AND DOESN'T LOOK CHILDISH.

You still need to improve that style a bit I think but it looks good owo ~!

it looks nice, but i think you should make the nose a bit smaller and make the eyes a bit bigger. you could make the eyes look a bit more circular and make the irises larger. the tiny irises make the face look creepy and the big rounded nose looks out of place.
there's nothing wrong with a little inspiration from anime ^^
also, you've gotten better with light and shadow placement. but there are still a few places that look like they're bulging out because of where you put the light.
