Description
My name is Valentine.When I was a little girl I used to play with my teddy bear and dream of him - prince Valentine - to come and be mine. I wonder if a person ever grows up...and does one lose his/her dreams?
I still hug my teddy bear and dream of him. But now I see his eyes...how deceitful they are. I start to realize...he will never be mine.
He is an illusion...and I am real. And when I named him 'Valentine' was I too selfish? Was I in love with him or just with myself? And who is Valentine? Who I wanted to be mine? Who I asked to be my Valentine? Oh, no...I guess it was just and only me.
Well, I am mine
I will have the best of Valentine.***

Valentine, Valentine...
Beautiful graphic. There's such innocence on her, holding that teddy bear... and at the same time the colors are passionate, lustful. That feeling is enhaced by the stare on the background character. The duplicity of feelings, is also present there, just as in Tamer. A raging passion trying to unfold... lovely.

Wow, wouldn't this be among the most overtly symbolic pieces you've ever done?!? This is really great, a whole new kind of execution for you.
At first I was dubious about the presences in back, but once I realized they were supposed to be completely imaginary and necessarily vague, I think you did them just right.
Your elements look awesome - the texture of that skirt is breathtaking. The bear is perhaps your most effective prop ever (if you don't count all your wonderful wings). And I just can't believe how gracefully and impeccably you designed this - it's a whole world of talent I didn't know you had.
Best of all is her pose - that cock of the hip is superbly expressive, and her forearm as if she's wiping her lips. It's interesting how the image is superficially whimsical but much deeper as we spend more time with it. These are matters of the heart we're talking about! (and lust...) and these are serious matters indeed. All that is tied up in your vixen here, perhaps everything we look for or everything we dread being unable to resist.
The only crit I got is I feel the bottom copy should either be removed or placed significantly lower. It would be more effective attached rather than integrated into your design, I think.
But obviously, that's a pretty minor crit. This is really strong from you, and I hope you'll do more design-centric work like this. It seems whenever you try it (of course Bathe Me in Gold was super-strong too), you really excel at it.
