VERY inconsiderate of the people who erected those stacks at the left. However, you did a decent job of reducing their intrusion and I'm just as well pleased that they weren't removed in post processing.
Likewise with the less intrusive right hand building.
The "greater" is the centre of attention and draws the eye around .... 1st the overall scene and then to progressively smaller details.
You caught the essence of the scene without overpowering the viewer. For example: the modest light stars serve as attractive highlights. Exaggerated starring would have ruined the effect and hurt the image.
I especially like the way you handled the multitude of angles. It would have been very easy to create an image that had an annoying, awkward-looking tilt.

I visited the site a few times when this was going up and thought then how cramped it was then. I had always intended going back when the building was finished to attempt to get a shot. On getting there the other night i was surprised how few positions there are that you can shoot from. There are new buildings going up again opposite the Lloyds building so the whole area is very confined. Will definitely have to hire a tilt and shift and go have a play again sometime.
